The 6 Steps To Generating Probate Leads (and how to outsource it)
Basically, in the video Than and his business partner Paul actually walk you through the 6 steps and give you a mind map download that you can print out of the whole process. Paul actually goes to the county courthouse too and shows you exactly what to say to get the records you need… and where to go (there’s more than just one type of record you’ll need… one record tells you of the probate… the other one you have to get shows you the address).
I was going to go through and create a tutorial for you on this topic… but the one that Than and Paul put together is already about as good as it gets… so if you’re wanting to generate more motivated seller leads … probates is a great way because there’s a lot less competition for those than foreclosures… and the leads are free.
Outsourcing Probate Lead Generation So You Don’t Have To Do It
One of the coolest things about the video is that Than shows how to outsource this whole process for free or very cheap (that’s what they do in their biz) so you just have to do it the first couple times… create a quick process (or give them the process map you can download on Than's video page )… and then you can pay them by the hour or get college students to intern for you (usually for free!).
